Converge welcomes Gary Bryant to our team.
Gary comes to Converge with over 25 years in the structure cabling business. As a RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer 12 years), Gary has experience with Cat 5/6, and fiber optics.

Gary has completed jobs with over 3,000 cables with a distributed fiber backbone system.
Experience includes:
• Cat 5/6, Fiber Optics, Coax
• Projects have been from small number of drops to 3,000+
• Installation of Support Structures such as ladder racks, cable slings/trays, j-hooks, etc.
• Termination of blocks, patch panels (24/48 port & 66/110 blocks)
• Installation of phone system and trouble shooting
• Installation of paging systems and troubleshooting
• Installation of wireless access points and perform heat-map sweep surveys
• Dressing and labeling MDF/IDF
• Fully experienced and compliant with all Bicsi, EIA, TIA Industry Standards
• RCDD 12 years
Gary lives in Charlotte, NC. He has 3 daughters (Emma, Meredith, and Hope) and 1 son (Cole). In his free time, Gary enjoys golf, music, and completing “honey do lists”…
