July and August project updates

It has been a very busy 2 months in the Converge office.  A few updates to note:

Converge is moving to a new office n Cornelius, NC.  They are taking 2,400 sq ft of mixed use office space with warehouse and executive offices.  The entire staff is excited about the move (pictures to follow).

Some projects of note:

Converge has completed the following projects in the last 2 months:

1)  Samsung Office Serv 7200-S call center edition installed in Thinkgate.  The phones installed were the new SMT, Samsung IP phones.  The customer wanted real time call center data, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on how many calls came into the call center, how many hung up, and the average wait time.  Additionally, 3 remote users shared an office in Atlanta, GA where new IP phones were shipped. 

2)  Ascension Insurance- Converge installed 200 voice and data drops in their new 14,000 office space in the Southpark area of Charlotte

3)  Remington- Converge installed 40 voice and data cable drops in their new 6,000 sq ft office space in Mooresville, NC

4)  Neilson- Converge moved all computers, telephone system, and did all the voice and data cabling for their office move.  This project was completed on Friday afternoon at approx. 3pm.  The customer experienced no down time.

5)  Poterak- Converge installed 20 voice and data cables

6)  Palisades Episcopal School- Converge installed fiber between modular classrooms and installed wireless throughout the entire school’s campus.
