Maloney Law, a Charlotte based law firm, choose Converge for their new telephone system. Maloney Law required a phone systemt that would track call volume for client billing.  The phone system allows for daily, weekly, or monthly reporting to be generated for time tracking of the attorney’s time associated with each client.
